Patrick Sieng has been a licensed private investigator in the State of Oregon since 2023. He has 17 years of combined experience as a police cadet, reserve police officer/sergeant, and reserve deputy sheriff - 2 years as a Keizer Police Cadet (2002-2023), 10 years as a Portland Police Reserve Officer & Sergeant (2009-2018), 2 years as a Marion County Reserve/Temp Deputy Sheriff on the Judicial Security Unit (2016-2017), and 3 years as a Multnomah County Reserve Deputy Sheriff (2018-2021). He owns Sieng Enterprises (formerly PK Strategies), which was established in 2007 and provides government affairs/lobbying, political/campaign strategy, strategic communications/public relations, and coalition/association management services for a variety of clients.
